At Ocean View Plunge Pools, we specialize in creating beautiful backyard spaces for homeowners across Nova Scotia. Over the past 3+ years, we've proudly installed pools throughout Halifax, Dartmouth, the Annapolis Valley, the South Shore, and even Cape Breton.

Owner and operator Spencer Book brings over 9 years of hands-on pool building experience to every project. Before moving to Nova Scotia, Spencer worked with some of Ontario's most respected and prestigious pool companies, gaining valuable experience in high-quality pool construction and customer service.

Originally from Ontario, Spencer spent years visiting the East Coast with his brother and quickly fell in love with Nova Scotia's scenery, lifestyle, and communities. Eventually, he made the decision to call Nova Scotia home. Spencer now lives in Falmouth with his fiancée Charlie, their son Kayce, their French Bulldog Bruno, and they're excited to be welcoming twin boys later this fall.

After years in the industry, Spencer saw firsthand what homeowners appreciated most — and what was often missing from the pool building experience. That inspired him to build a company focused on quality workmanship, honest communication, and a stress-free customer experience from start to finish.
